Leandeck is an AI-powered proposal, agreement, and invoice platform built exclusively for design and development professionals. When this policy refers to “Leandeck”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, it means the Leandeck platform and its team.

2. Accepting These Terms
By accessing or using Leandeck, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business
All information you provide to us is accurate and up to date
You will use Leandeck only for lawful purposes
If you are using Leandeck on behalf of a company or organization, you are agreeing to these Terms on their behalf and confirming that you have the authority to do so.
3. Your Account
To use Leandeck, you need to create an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Leandeck will never ask for your password via email or support chat.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at support@leandeck.ai. We will help you secure your account as quickly as possible.
Each individual or business should maintain one active Leandeck account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limits or for any other reason is not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or our systems. We will notify you before taking action except in cases of serious violations.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Leandeck offers different subscription plans to suit different needs including free trial, starter, pro, agency, and enterprise plans. The features and limitations of each plan are described on our Pricing page at leandeck.ai/pricing.
4.2 Free Trial
New users can start with a free trial to explore Leandeck before committing to a paid plan. The free trial includes access to core features for a limited time as described on our website. No credit card is required to start a free trial.
4.3 Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.4 Price Changes
We may change our subscription prices from time to time. If we change the price of your current plan, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email before the new price takes effect. Your continued use of Leandeck after the price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
4.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded or suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. Please contact support@leandeck.ai if you experience any billing issues.
4.6 Taxes
Prices listed on our website may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes that apply to your subscription in your region.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Monthly Plans
We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments that have already been processed. If you cancel your monthly plan, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
5.2 Annual Plans
If you purchase an annual plan and request a refund within 14 days of payment, we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, annual plan payments are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window, you will retain access until the end of your annual billing period.
5.3 Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue or billing error on our side, please contact us at contact@leandeck.ai and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
5.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@leandeck.ai with your account email, the reason for your request, and any relevant details. We will respond within 2 business days.
6. How You Can Use Leandeck
6.1 Permitted Use
You may use Leandeck to:
Create proposals, service agreements, and invoices for your design or development business
Use our AI tools to generate and improve client-facing documents
Manage billing and payments with your clients
Collaborate with team members on your workspace
6.2 Prohibited Use
You may not use Leandeck to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate another person or business
Create documents that are intentionally fraudulent or misleading
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our platform or servers
Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of our platform without written permission
Use automated tools to access or extract data from Leandeck
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Leandeck without our permission
Use the platform in any way that could damage our reputation or harm other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
7. AI-Generated Content
7.1 How Our AI Works
Leandeck uses artificial intelligence to generate proposals, agreements, and other documents based on the information you provide. The AI creates content based on your inputs and industry-specific knowledge built into our system.
7.2 You Are Responsible for Your Documents
While our AI helps you create professional documents, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sending it to clients. Leandeck does not guarantee that AI-generated content is legally binding, accurate, or appropriate for your specific situation.
7.3 Not Legal or Financial Advice
Content generated by Leandeck, including service agreements, is not legal advice. We strongly recommend that you consult a qualified legal professional before using any agreement for significant business transactions. Leandeck is a productivity tool, not a law firm.
7.4 Ownership of Generated Content
All documents you create using Leandeck belong to you. We do not claim ownership over the proposals, agreements, or invoices you generate on our platform.
8. Your Content and Data
8.1 What You Own
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store inside Leandeck. This includes your proposals, agreements, invoices, client information, and any other data associated with your account.
8.2 What You Allow Us to Do
By using Leandeck, you give us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not share your content with other users or use it for purposes outside of operating and improving the platform.
8.3 Your Responsibility for Content
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you create inside Leandeck does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain false or misleading information. We are not liable for any content you create or share through our platform.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Leandeck’s Intellectual Property
Everything on the Leandeck platform that is not your content — including our logo, interface design, software code, AI systems, templates, and written content — belongs to Leandeck and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our written permission.
9.2 Feedback and Suggestions
If you share feedback, ideas, or suggestions about Leandeck with us, you give us the right to use that feedback freely without any obligation to compensate you. We genuinely appreciate all feedback as it helps us build a better product.
10. Third-Party Services
Leandeck may integrate with or link to third-party services such as payment processors, analytics tools, or other platforms. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies that govern how they operate. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or reliability of any third-party services.
When you connect a third-party service to your Leandeck account, you agree to the terms of that service as well.
11. Platform Availability and Downtime
We work hard to keep Leandeck available and running smoothly at all times. Our target uptime is 99.9% measured monthly. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.
We may temporarily suspend access to the platform for:
Scheduled maintenance (announced at least 48 hours in advance)
Emergency repairs or security patches
Events outside our control such as server outages or infrastructure failures
We will communicate planned downtime via email and our status page atstatus.leandeck.ai. We are not liable for any losses caused by platform downtime or interruptions.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
Loss of revenue, profits, clients, or business opportunities related to use of Leandeck
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
Data loss resulting from technical failures, user error, or account termination
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
In cases where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to Leandeck in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Leandeck, its team, and its service providers harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from:
Your use of Leandeck
Content you create or upload to the platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
14. Cancellation and Termination
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our platform grows or as laws and regulations change. When we make significant changes, we will:
Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
Send an email notification to all active users
Display a notice inside the Leandeck dashboard
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Leandeck after changes are made means you accept the updated policy.
14.1 Cancelling Your Account
You can cancel your Leandeck subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid features until the billing period ends.
14.2 What Happens to Your Data After Cancellation
After your account is cancelled or terminated, we will retain your data for up to 30 days during which you may request an export of your documents. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14.3 Termination by Leandeck
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a harmful way. In cases of serious violations, termination may occur immediately without prior notice.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Leandeck will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication between you and our team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any formal legal action. To initiate a dispute resolution process, please contact us at contact@leandeck.ai with a detailed description of your concern.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our platform evolves or as legal requirements change. When we make significant changes, we will:
Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
Send an email notification to all active users at least 14 days before the changes take effect
Display a notice inside the Leandeck dashboard
Your continued use of Leandeck after updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, make up the entire agreement between you and Leandeck. They replace any previous agreements or understandings between us.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining parts will continue to apply in full.
